CalmFit ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address (or Google/Apple sign-in credentials) to create your account.
Health & Fitness Data: We collect workout preferences, exercise history, meditation sessions, streak data, XP progress, and optional health conditions you choose to share for personalized recommendations.
Device Information: We may collect device type and OS version for app compatibility purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your workout and meditation data is associated with your authenticated account and is not shared with third parties.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. Your health and fitness data stays between you and the app.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
CalmFit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
